Slotted nuts are anti-loosening fasteners with 2–4 radial slots on their top face, designed to work with cotter pins and drilled bolts—creating a mechanical lock that resists vibration-induced loosening.
Design & Material

Installation
Tighten the slotted nut to the required torque.
